All Singapore orders are processed and delivered within 3–5 working days.
Free shipping is available for all Singapore orders above S$25.
Orders below S$25 will incur a flat shipping fee (shown at checkout).

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight.
Shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a manufacturer defect, we’re here to help.

Manufacturer Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Kindly email us at simplecivet@gmail.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the defect

Upon verification, we will offer either:
A replacement item, or store credit of equal value

Non-Returnable Items

Items without manufacturer defects are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Sale items and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Condition of Returned Items

Items approved for replacement must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In original packaging (where applicable)

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds or refunds for inability to claim discounts.
Approved cases will be issued as store credit or replacement only.
