Welcome to Simplecivet. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at simplecivet.com (the “Service”) and the purchase of products from our online store. SimpleCivet is an online retail store operated by SIMPLECIVET PTE LTD, selling lifestyle, fashion, and outdoor products including bags, apparel, accessories and related items (collectively “Products”). All references in these Terms to “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SimpleCivet.

c) Prices are in SGD unless otherwise stated, and you are responsible for any currency conversion costs if applicable.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines and shipping costs will be provided before checkout. We use third-party carriers and are not liable for delivery delays caused by them or by events outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

a) Our Return Policy is a separate policy and applies in addition to these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

a) All content on the Service (including logos, text, graphics, and product images) is owned or licensed by SimpleCivet.
