Singapore Orders

  • All Singapore orders are processed and delivered within 3–5 working days.

  • Free shipping is available for all Singapore orders above S$25.

  • Orders below S$25 will incur a flat shipping fee (shown at checkout).

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays.

International Orders

  • International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight.

  • Shipping fees will be shown at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs clearance.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a manufacturer defect, we’re here to help.

Manufacturer Defects

  • If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Kindly email us at simplecivet@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the defect

  • Upon verification, we will offer either:

    • A replacement item, or

    • Store credit of equal value

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without manufacturer defects are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Sale items and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items approved for replacement must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

    • In original packaging (where applicable)

Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Approved cases will be issued as store credit or replacement only.
