Manufacturer Defects
- If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Clear photos showing the defect
- Upon verification, we will offer either:
A replacement item, or store credit of equal value
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without manufacturer defects are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Sale items and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items approved for replacement must be:
Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In original packaging (where applicable)
Refunds
- We do not offer cash refunds or refunds for inability to claim discounts.
- Approved cases will be issued as store credit or replacement only.
